NOTE: After payment, please send your transaction id and payment receipt pdf to paniitmeeting@gmail.com . Confirmation mail will be sent to registered applicants within 1-2 days of receipt of this email.

* Students and Postdocs will be provided Accommodation in Hostels on twin sharing basis and includes 4 Nights from 5th – 8th December 2024.

*Faculties and Industry representatives will be provided Accommodation in IIT Kanpur guest house for 3 Nights from 5th – 7th December 2024.

* Transportation will be provided to ferry participants from hostels, guest houses to and from the venue (all within IIT Kanpur campus).

Alternative payment can be by Bank Transfer

Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts for Poster presentation or Short Talk by Masters, MTech, PhD students and Postdocs must belong to one of the 3 disciplines (*Please mention the discipline at the time of abstract submission):

    Regenerative Medicine

    Molecular Medicine

    Digital Medicine

    NOTE:

    • Masters, MTech, PhD students and Postdocs in India must be physically present in the conference to present their short-talk and posters. This will facilitate extended interactions with participating faculties.
    • Postdocs from abroad, who are unable to travel to India, can present their talk ONLINE.

    Abstract submission Deadline: 30/09/2024 (final extended deadline)

    Deadline for notification of Selected Abstracts: 12/10/2024

    Abstract must be submitted as doc file (size within 2 MB)
