Focus of the Conference

  • Fostering collaborations among IITs, IISERs and IISc on Solving Grand Challenges in the Interface of Engineering and Medicine by designing Team Science Projects.
  • Bringing together representatives of IITs, IISERs and IISc to brainstorm over possible focus areas and formulating proposals for improvement of research and education ecosystem in India.
  • Highlighting the interdisciplinary ecosystem at IITs, IISERs and IISc to Indian and global researchers and attracting high quality students, faculties, investors and industries.
  • Initiating long term collaborations with national and international leaders.
  • Providing platform for Industry-Academia cooperation and job opportunities for students.
  • Dedicated presentation and poster session for Postdocs, PhD students to facilitate their recruitment in premier Indian institutes and industries.
  • An annual event for researchers of IITs, IISERs and IISc to share their research, ideas and resources, with support from The Bhupat & Jyoti Mehta Family Foundation (MFF).
